Morgan, driving without lights, fined ss, costs 7s. jjjfbaine v, T. Betty, riding bicycle without lights, fined as 6d, costs 7s. Same v. J. Burston, G. Lees, and H. Austin, riding bicycles on footpath, fined ss, costs 73; J. Young, for a isimilar offence, was fined as 6d, costs 7s j the charges against T. M. Todd and W. Bradcock were dismissed. Same v. J. Bloomqnist, threatening behaviour, fined 10s, costs 7s. Same v. J. Harper, threatening behaviour; fined ss, costs 7s. Same v. J. Senior, breach- of peace, fined ids, costs 73. A charge against A. Douglas for a similar offence was dismissed. Same v. John Bain, charged with taking or killing game, to' wit one pukeko on 2nd May, being the close season, was fined 10s. costs 7s. Ewart v. Pollock, theft of a tub. The case was dismissed. Agnes Allan v. P. Allan, disobeying maintenance order, fined 10s or three days.
