ACTIVE REVOLUTIONARY CAMPAIGN.

Transvaal volunteers are mobilising extensively, and hiring means of transport. The Constabulary ‘is recruiting. BOERS WANT REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT. . Boer leaders are preparing to formulate a demand for representative government at a Boer Congress to be held at Pretoria in May.
