MAYORAL ELECTION.
TO THE EDITOR OP THE MANAWATH HEIUI/D. Sir, —As there is some new blood coming forward to contest the Mayoral election, now would be 1 the opportunity for the two gentlemen nominated to call a public meeting and give their views upon Municipal matters, and so give the ratepayers the chance to judge the respective merits of the candidates.
