GENERAL BOOTH’S SCHEME. The Rev. W. Lefroy, on being interviewed in London, said General Booth’s scheme must be worked from within. The Australians must decide where the men must go and what sort of men are to be assisted. Any number of the right sort of young farmers are willing to go if their passages are paid. These men are what Australia requires.
