Naval Manoeuvres.
SUAMARINES IN EVIDENCE,
During the naval manoeuvres at Portsmouth, some torpedo destroyers which were shielding the submarines, made a dash at the home fleet, which comprised an attacking force, enabling the submarines to sink unobserved and successfully torpedo four battleships.
