'Wednesday, 10th February.

Jeremiah Leahy for being illegally on premises received 14 days’ hard labour.

Charles Wolferatan, for theft of a dog the property of C. Lennex, was fined 40s or 14 days’ hard labour. The accused sold the dog to Mr Lennex on the Ist February, and on the sth inst stole the dog again and went to Otaki.
