Thibet.
Mr Brodrick, Secretary of State for India, stated in the House of Commons that it was not intended to annex any portion of Thibet, but only to prevent a recurrence of difficulties.
Earl Percy, Parliamentary Secretary to the Foreign Office, said communications had passed between Britain and Russia prior to the expedition to Thibet.
