CHINESE LABOUR.
The St. James’ Gazette says Mr Soddon baa no ground for interfering in Transvaal affairs, the question of the importation of Chinese labourers being purely an internal one. . The Pall Mall Gazette declares that Mr Seddon received a double set back when he forgot, in his laudable zeal for solidarity, that local liberty was necessary and co-relative to Imperial unity.
