A Girl Shot.
A mysterious murder has been committed neat Werris Creek, a small township 264 miles north of Sydney. A girl named Hebblewhite was shot through a kitchen window while she was engaged in household duties.
A boy named Ball, fourteen years of age, a stepbrother of the girl Hebblewhite, has been arrested. He has now confessed that he killed the girl accidentally.
