Mr H. Wollerman was a visitor to Foxton on Thursday, and amongst other improvements, spoke of the better condition of our footpaths to what, they were in days that are gone. Mr E. Healey has arrived to take over the chemist’s, business from Mr Hamer. Mr Healey, who taker, possession on Monday next, has had much experience in the larger centres, and was for some time with J. C. Sharland, Auckland, and A. E. Kitchen, Wanganui, two establishments that are very well known.
