Wellington Wool and Skin Sales.
Messrs Levin and Co,, Ltd., report :—We offered to-day 33 bales of wool andl73o skins. There wps a large Attendance of buyers and competition was strong for all classes of skins and the wool offered sold at fall rates. There is no change in values to report except that fine skins and merinos advanced for some choice lot a halfpenny per lb. We quote:—Merino skins, % 6id to halfbreds, to 64d; fine crossbreds, to s|d, coarse, 4-id to sd; dead, 3d to 3|d; lamb skins 5d to sjd. Wellington, 17ty July 1903.
