Discovery of Gold.

RICH RETURNS REPORTED

A miner named Blay and party, at Nuggety Point, near Tuena 197 miles south west o£ Sydney, on Monday struck quartz giving nine ounces of gold to the dish. Since then as much as a pound to the dish has been washed out. It is estimated that over a hundred pounds weight of gold has already been secured.

Another report form Nuggety Gully states that during the past three days 300 ounces have been taken out of a hole four feet square and three feet deep. Several other holes which have been sunk are yielding well, and a number of new finds are reported. All of the country for a quarter of a mile north and two miles south has been pegged oft.
