The Motoa Estate Sale.
In the particulars of the Mofoa sale, appearing in our last issue, which was by telegraph, the following corrections have been made: — ’ Section 1, containing 28a Ir 16p, was bought by Mr McDonnell, £25 5s per acre. Section 3, containing 20a 3r 86p, was bought by Mr D. Whibley, £25 10s per acre. Section 4, containing 51a 2c 2p, was bought by Mr G. Towers, £24 per acre. Section 5, containing 64a Sr 16p, was bought by Mr McDonnell, £24 per acre. ' ' Section 8, containing 29a jr sp, was bought by Mr Robinson, £23 5s per acre. Section 9, containing 25a or i4p,was bought by Mr Towers, £26 xos per a ° Section io, containing 24a ir tap, was bought by Mr Towers, £24 10s per acre. / Section 53, containing 29a ir 6p, was bought by Mr R. P. Jenssen at £l4los per acre. Section 53, containing 36a ir 6p, was bought by Mr R. P. Jensen, £l3 15s per acre. Section 19, containing Ix3a or sap, with section 46, containing 31a ar 31b, was bought by Mr R. Stevens at £8 xos per acre. Section 30, containing 7a ir op, with building, was bought by Mr Plggot at £lO 5s per acre. Section 31, containing 5a 3t op, was bought by Mr Piggot at £lO per acre. Section 54, containing 9a 2r x6p, was bought by Mr T. Bowe at £3l xos per acre. After the sale Mr McDenqell parted with bis interest in section No. 1 to Mr Percy Daniels, who also obtained section 110. *. The sections numbered 4, 9 and xe, passed from Mr Towers to JJMessrs James and Walter Robinson. Sections 3*, 33. 34. 4V l *. w,.*3, *4 and 51, containing 805 acres, being the homestead block, residence, woblsbed, &c., has been purchased privately by Mr F. Easton. Section 39, containing 14a or xsp, was obtained by Mr Pjggott at £3l los per acre.
