By now farmers, north and south, have read about the grass-growing qualities of this land situated in a curve of the Manawatu river, and the wonderful fattening properties of the feed, ffaturally when land is for sale it is always' announced as tha best to be had, but in this instance men of the highest experience in dealing with stock have always had one word, and that a good one, for its qualities, We have hut to mention the* names of some «* . We know the land and have known the working of it since the land was taken up and we can oqly earnestly advise those in search of properly to inspect it themselves# We have called previeue attention to the situation of the property, how settlers upon it have a choice of. oburehee and schools, easy access to the Government and the Manawatu railways, to the port, and that the main road, half encircling the pro* petty, is made and metalled. There will be a large attendance at the sale as very many of the adjoining settlers desire to be owners of a ' portion of this property, and judging by visits paid by strangers many others are of a like mind.
