King Edward.

King Edward witnessed a naval review from the racecourse, Malta. He then laid a memorial stone at the new breakwater. The naval officers and men held a whiter carnival in connection- with his Majesty’s visit. There was a procession sf boats at night, for which models had heen_ constructed of vessels ranging from the Ark—with living figures representing Noah, his sons and daughter, and the Amimals—to the latest battleship, the Edward VII., now being built. A white dove was released from the Ark, and after hovering over the Royal yacht, it returned to the Ark. The full strength of the Mediterranean fleet is escorting King Edward from Malta to Naples.
