Sullivan. —Claim £4 8s Id. Judgment for plaintiff for amount and costs 6s. CRIMINAL. J. Winter for being drunk pleaded guilty. and was convicted and fined Sa. | Peter Hana, an Assyrian hawker, was charged with hawking without being licensed. No appearance of defendant. Constable Forster proved the case and defendant was convicted and fined 40s and costs 7a.
Arthur Reeves was charged with cows straying. No appearance. Convicted and fined 2s, costs 7s, witness Bs.
C. H. Collins was charged with a horse straying. The accused acknowledged offence. Pined Is, costs 7s, witness 2s.
j. T. Levett was charged with a similar offence. No appearance of defendant. Charge was proved by the Constable. Pined Is, costs 7s. F. Deßiddar was charged with having a cow straying. Accused pleaded guilty. Convicted and fined Is, costs 7a, * SCHOOL CASKS. The following parents were summoned by the Truant Inspector for breach of School Act,- and fined : W. Langley, 2 children, 4s ; Georgs Small, 1 child, 2s; and A. Laing, 1 child, 2a.
