Alleged Libel.
A sensational libel case ii engaging the attention of the Supreme Court. The Rev Mr Price, rector of. the Anglican Church, is suing the “ Sunday Times ” for i£2ooo damages' 1 Tor charging him with seduction and conniving with doctors to get a girl into a lunatic asylum, ‘ The girl supported the statement of the paper. The Evidence showed that she was committed to 1, the asylum without the proper steps being taken as laid down by the Lunacy Act, -
