Eruptions in Mexico.
The volcano of Cohraa, in SouthWestern Mexico, which rises to an altitude of twelve thousand feet, is in a state of eruption. Black mud, stones and earth are being elected. The eruption is accompanied by earth tremblings and dense clouds. Showers of ashes have fallen for a hundred miles around. . The residents of Tuxpan are in consternation flying to thug hills [ olima is a Pacific Mexican state, and the capital of the same name is 1450 feet above the sea level. Beyond the state frontier, about 35 miles N.E of the capital, rises the volcano of Colima which burst out in June 1869. Colima is in a direct lino with the volcanoes which have proved so disastrous in ths West Indies.]
