The Wakatipu In Collision.

A collision occurred in Sydney harbour shortly after midnight on Sunday between the Wakatipu, idward bound from Tasmania, and th© Kurimbla outward bound for Melbourne. The vessels met near Bradley** Head, down the harbour. The Kitrimbla cut into the Wakatipu aft on ® the port side with such effect that the Union Company’s boat had to be run into Neutral Bay and beached to, prevent her sinking. The passengers are quite safe. They were landed shortly afterwards in Neutral Bay, but many returned aboard the Wakatipu. Precise information as to the cause of the collision and the extent ©f the damage is not at present available.
