The Plague.
Among the nine plague contacts at Fremantle removed into quarantine, two more have developed the disease in a bad form. Consequent'-on the outbreak of plague at Fremantle and Durban, and of small-pox at the Cape, the various States are taking strict, precautions to prevent the introduction of disease. The Boards Health Seaports-' that exhaustive tests have shown Sydney to be absdlately'free of plague rats'
