Somaliland.
A number of Boer commandants and British officers at Johannesburg have made an offer to Lord Milner to raise a force for an cxpcditition against the troublesome Somaliland Mullah.
They propose that 500 picked Boers and 500 Britishers be sent. Great enthusiasm is being manifested in the matter.
