The phenomenal progress of this remarkably successful institution wellknown to our readers whose attention is called to the announcement that all participating policies issued on or prior to the 81st December next will receive a bonus for the current year. The Society continues to build up records and last year it divided as cash bonuses no less a sum than £588,725—the largest amount divided in any one year. This produced reversionary bonuses amounting to about £1,000,000. The tonal cash profits divided by the Society since its establishment amounts to £9,792,406 —& splendid illustration of marvellous prosperity and the excellent management which has always controlled tbs Society a’ affairs. The Report for 1901 discloses that the accumulated funds at 81st December last amounted to £17,864,514, and that the sum paid away in satisfaction of death and matured claims was at that date £12,34.0,602. With these splendid results before us, we can safely recommend our readers, who are not fully insured, to take out policies with the Society at once.
