The Waikato.
ARRIVAL AT HOBART.
The New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer Waikato arrived at Hobart on Monday night, short of coal.
After leaving the Cape the steamer met with a succession of gales the whole way Coal ran short on 37th September, and the engines were stopped, the sales being relied on for making the eastings. The engines were started again on 4th October All were well on board.
