Si? Thomas Lipton, who baa made two unsuccessful attempts, will again compete for the America Gup. The new challenger, Shamrock HI., will be designed by Mr William Fife, and will be built by Messrs Denny Bros., of Dumbarton.

This number will be sent free to any deaf person sanding their address to the Editor.
