Sandhurst College.

THE RECENT INCENDIARY FIRES.

A debate took alace in the House of Lords on the rustication of cadets at Sandhurst College as the result of incendiary fires. Lord Roberts, while he was averse to general punishments, justified the recent rustications, which he declared were in the public interest. He added that he intends investigating each cadet’s case, in order to prevent any injustice being done. - The Times urges the need of reorganisation of the institution, the efficiency of which is vitally important to the army and national defence.
