Suicide.

A man named William Cook, 82 years, committed suicide on Tuesday at Auckland by shooting himself in the head with a revolver. Deceased, who had arrived on Sunday last from Dunedin by the Elingamite, bought out his wife, who had left him five weeks previously, and met her on Tuesday at noon by arrangement, in, order to confer with a solicitor about obtaining a divorce.
