In the E.B. Div., .before Justice Darling and a special jury, the hearing was concluded of an action in which Mrs A. there to be buried. —Defendants denied negligence, and pleaded that any injury done to the mummy had resulted from the action of the police under the orders of the coroner.-—The jury found for plaintiff for £75, and judgment was given accordingly, but a stay of execution was granted with a view to an appeal.
