The Styche Case.
■ ■• At the Suprfeme Court, Christchurch, on Saturday, His Honor granted the application for leave to apply to the Court of Appeal for a new trial but stated that he could not admit accused to bail. He sentenced him to seven years' imprisonment v.'ith hard labour, the sentence to be suspended till next sitting of the Court of Appeal, or until the matter was earlier dealt with.
