! +—r- | GUILTY ANTI-FOREIGNERS. The Foreign Ministers have added Prince Vi and Ying-men to the list of officials whose execution is demanded. Early in the present month Li Hung Chang reported that Ying-men had been decapitated, and Prince Vi imprisoned.
BRITAIN, GERMANY AND RUSSIA. It is stated by the Berlin " Post " that Germany has entered into the recent agreement with Great Britain, in order to prevent a separate RussoBritish understanding. It adds that Anglo-German agree* ment leaves Russia a free hand in Manchuria. Austria and Hungary, Italy and Japan concur in the ageement. THE CAPTURE OF MUKDEN. When the Russians captured Mukden, they discovered forty .modern cannon and vast stores of ammunition. They also found copies of the Chinese Governor's proclamation of war against all foreigners, as well as evidence of the subsequent massacre by Boxers of four hundred Chinese converts. THE PAOTINGFU EXPEDITION. The extreme respect evinced by the commanders cfthe allied troops for the susceptibility of the Chinese officials, although the latter were responsible for the murder of missionaries, deprived the Paoting-fu expedition of all value. No punishment was inflicted on the Chinese by the allies, and only a limited number of the troops marched through Paotingfu.
