The English Elections.
The elections are complete except the Orkney and Shetland Islands, which last election returned a Liberal. English electorates returned 339 Unionists, 125 Liberals and . one Nationalist. Wales — 4 Unionists and 26 Liberals. Scotland— 37 Unionists and 35 Liberals. Ireland— 21 Unionists and 82 Nationalists. The Times says the Government has a majority ©n the South African question of nearly 300, counting 82 avowed Liberal Imperialists.
