Nominations of Councillors.
Yesterday, at noon, the Returning Officer, Mr Alf. Fraser, received the following nominations of candidatees tor the office of Councillor : — Henry Aldridge nominated by W. B. Rhodes and George Gray. Philip Hennessy nominated by W. Purcell and Thomas Betty. William Purcell nominated by P. Hennessy and W. B. Rhodes. Arthur C. Stansell nominated by G. Coley and C. H. Collins. John William Walsh nominated by C. England and S. H. Baker. The election will be held on Thursday 13th September.
