DESPATCH FROM SIR C. MACDONALD.
The Italian Commander at Taku announces the receipt of a despatch from Sir Claud Mac Donald, dated the 26th of July, in which he declared the Ministers on the 20th declined Yamen's renewed suggestion that they should leave Pekin.
A despatch from Pekin, dated July 23, states that Meyers, of the American Guards, was fatally wounded in a sortie on July Brd.
