He was fined ssj costs 7s, in default 48 hours' imprisonment. Frank Coyle, charged with being drunk whilst in charge of a horse on Monday, pleaded guilty. He was fined 20s, costs 11s, two witnesses 83 each, or. 7 day's imprisonment. A prohibition order was also made against him to apply fro Foxton, Shannon and Levin. Alick Peterson, » charged with a similar offence;. was fined in the same amount, and also had an order made against him to apply to Foxton, Shannon and Levin.
