Paris Exhibition.

OPENING CEREMONY. President Loubet opened the Paris Exhibition. The ceremony, which was a very animated one, was performed in brilliant sunshine. The President declared that the concord of nations was an increasing sign that the underlying principle of the manifold organised social efforts, was th<£ common good. The Exhibition was illustrative of these things. M. Loubet then took steamer and viewed the all-nations facades. The Russian bluejackets, British firemen and Ameridan seamen were conspicuous in saluting and cheering the Presidents.
