That a special meeting be held on December 12, to consider and re. adjust loans in terms of Government Loans to Local Bodies Act Amend* ment Act, 1899. The overseer was directed to re. port cases in which carters of flax were not complying with the bye. laws. The Council adjourned to Dec. 12. —Advocate.
