THE BAZAAR.
Our readers will be looking forward to the Bazaar to be held on Thursday and Friday in the Public Hall, the proceeds from which are to be devoted towards the enlargement of All Saints' Church. Whenever the members of the Church of England hold a bazaar they are generally very successful, a~ they appear to know whnt will take the public fancy, and generally, by music and other means, make the ebenings cheerful and enjoyable. We do nut expect less this time, and a look at the advertisement is proof that a variety of occupations are provided for one and all. Names of those willing to enter into any of the competions must be sent to the hall by noon of Thursday. One of the items which will attract attention will be the Maypole dance by children trained by Mrs F. Young. The work stalls will have fine stocks of useful and fancy work. The refreshment stall is bound to be in request. Children will take their pa-
rents to the lolly-stall, not to " shout for them, but to be "shouted lor, and then beware of sticky fingers. The children's stall is a bit of a mystery which will be unravelled on opeiiThe bazaar will be opened by Mr John Stevens, M.H.R., at 2 o clock.
