The Steele-Payp.e Bellringers.
On Wednesday next this popular company will appear at the Public Hall when they are bound to be mat with a bumper house. They have been here before, and their last visit about four months ago has only to be recalled to remind our readers that a most enjoyable evening can be passed in their company. There are three ladies and three gentlemen forming the company, and they are all artistes, Miss L'zzie P*yne pos Besping a soprano voice, Mi** K t.'e Maher a Fopranr\ Mi-'fl Genie Brcm ley a contralto, while Mr Morris his a tenor, Mr Jus. Williams a basso profundo, and Mr Steele a baritonp voice. Their singing ia a treat, and the whole performance is of a pleasing character, and to which all can and should go. Amongst other itemare the hand-bells, a great Lanca* shire accomplishment, some cf the regimental bands having a set cf bell? ; the sleigh bells are something novel ; the glassiphone illustrates Another manner of obtaining mu*ic ; besides which mandolines, banjo? and violins will be played.
