♦■I .-■/ TRIAL OF DREYFU?. The oourt-raartial for the new trial of Oaptain Dreyfus has began its sittings at Rennes. The question to be answered by the Court is as follows :— 4 « Is Dreyfus guilty of having in 1894 practised machinations or oarried on com* munications with a foreign Power o_ me of its agents for the purpose of inducing it to engige in hostilities or to wage war against Franoe or of furnishing it with 5 the means of doing so by supplying it with the notes and documents enumerated in the bordereau?.", . .
