The Transvaal.
Tho Transvaal Volksraad has approved the proposal that President Kruger shall hold a conference with Sir Alfred Mi!mr, Governor of Caps Colony and High Commissioner of British South Africa, at Bloem. fontesn, capital of the Orange Free State, to difcuss the grievances of the Outlanders. A train of artillerymen to man the guns and searchlight apparatus has been sent to Johannesburg. Dr Jameson, the leader of the famous raid into the Transvaal territory in 1895-96, has sailed for Capetown.
