The French expedition under command of M=vpr Marchand, the military explorer of Fashoda fame, has reached JibouMl.
The Chamber of Deputies has, in accordance with the recommendation of the committee which considered the question, adopted the two Conventions drawn up between the British and French Governments clolinrting the ?pheros of Influence ■■f the respective countries in thn Nile and Niger regions.
