The Right Rev Herbert Tugwell, Anglican Bishop of Equatorial Africa, ha? been committed for trial in London, on the charge of criminal libel brought against him in connection with reflections which h? lately made upon the habits of residents of the west coast of Africa.
The Bishop has been released on bail.
