Another New Zealand Loan.

A New Zealand loan of a million at 8 per cent, is imminent, underwritten at £ per cent. Probably the minimum will be fixed at 96. [The million loan, whioh has of course been authorised by the New Zealand Cabinet, is projected under the provisions of certain Act 9of the Legislature.
