The generals of the French Army have decided to reveal to the Court of Cassation alone' the secrets of the Dreyfu3 case.
They argue that a public revelation would disorganise the military service, and that it will also rain the German officers who supplied the information in the case.
The •• Journal Apb Debats " dermnd3 that the law be put in operation to suppress insults to the mtmbei'3 of the Court of Cassation as a counterpart of the suppression of in3ult* directed towards the army. The French lately established a post 20 miles on the Tripoli side of tha boundary, between the French Protectorate of Tunis and Tripoli, upon territory which is in dispute. The Sultan of Turkey has given the German Emperor permission to settle a German colony along the frontier, to aot a? a buffer between his own and the French possessions.
