Egypt.
The " Daily Chronicle " says that one reason why the Kaiser decided not to visit Egypt was that the Khedive instigated petitions intended for presentation to the Kaiser, in which he prayed for help to oust the British from Egypt.
The paper also states that the Khedive's inveterate hostility raises die question of the transfer of the Vice royalty to hi 9 brother Mahomed.
