The Admirals have again refused the Bul tan's request that the prisoners be tried by an international commission. ; Admiral Noel has given the Turkish authorities four days in which to disarm the Bashi-Bazouks, 1000 of the worst of whom have retired to a fortified corner of the town. The insurgents are trying to surround them.
