Germany.
The Emperor William was present ' at a camp service held at Waterloo place, in Hanover. After 4 the sermon he made a speech, in which he alluded to the Germans and the^ British at Waterloo, and announced General Kitchener's victory in the Soudan. He called for cheers for Queen Victoria as. chief of the regiment of German Dragoons of which she is honorary colonel.
<Jid not feel that undue influence had been used in the matter, but a woman who was so well-to-do as Mrs Williams should not have been admitted into a Home meant for the indigent, and it did not look well for that within a month after being admitted to the Home she should draw up such a will. After some discussion the motion was lost, Mr Elliot being its only supporter.
