♦ j In the contempt case Mr Justice Wright found that Earl De la Warr I had been guilty of indiscretion, and ordered him to pay the costs of his prosecution. Broadley was found guilty of subornation of perjury, and was also ordered to pay the costs. The charge against Bradshaw was dismissed, and that against Rucker adjourned.
