SHIPPING SPANIARDS.
Arrangements have been made with the Spanish Trans Atlantic Steamship Company to convey the surrendered garrisons to Spain within three weeks, at a cost of 525,000 dol. (£107.000). Many of the Spaniards are reluctant to leave the island, and are applying to be naturalised as Cubans.
