THE INSURGENTS.
The Cuban Junta, the centre of the Republican Government lately formed, has warned General Garcia, leader of the island forces, that hi* attitude towards the Americans is imperilling the Cuban cause. General Garcia has informed General Shatter that the Cubans are disgusted with the indignities to which they have been subjected and refuse to co-operate with th« Americans. He says they intend to acfc indepen* dently.
