CUBA.
The latest advices from Cuba state that a volunteer named Salna, in revenge for the execution of his brother on a charge of conspiracy, shot General Blanco, Commander in. Chief of the Spanish army in the thigh when he was leaving his palace. Sa'.na was arrested, in spite of the sympathetic demonstrations of a number of other volunteers.
